In another, they replaced a cracked built-in bathtub with a new unit, which also involved framing and re-tiling. Their estimate was very reasonable, and all of their workers did a great job. Felipe supervised closely checking the work many days per week. He was often hands-on dealing with details to ensure they meet his expectations. As the project wrapped up, he blue taped his own crew's work and had them cleaning up details that I didn't even notice. When I performed walkthrough there were only a few places I needed to request touchups to and those were handled well. There was one bit of trim carpentry that I wasn't satisfied with and Felipe took an extra day to rework it to my preference and had his crew come yet again to touch up the final paint. He included a house cleaning in the project which turned out well (Sheetrock dust was everywhere, of course). When he came to check the house cleaner's work, he even took his shoes off before entering even though no one was there to notice if he did. At the end of the project, we have a move-in ready house that feels brand new. Sheetrock repairs, interior painting walls/ceilings/trim/cabinets, custom murphy bookcase, enclosed wall cutout, wrapped beam with stain-grade wood and stained. Felipe's bid wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive, but I trusted his reviews and was not disappointed--I feel we got what we paid for.

They did a great job installing butcher block countertops as well as tiling around my fireplace and painting to finish out the look. There was never any debris or mess left at the end of the day. Yeah...not a 5-star experience…read more We had them remodel two bathrooms in one of our homes. The remodels themselves are fine, minus incomplete work and the window they broke (more below). However, their communication is AWFUL. You are just a transaction to them. Of course, they are there and willing to listen before the work starts while they sell you something. But scheduling and install communication was non-existent or one-way on their terms. The contractors (sub-contractors?) showed up when they wanted. When they had questions about choices they asked our tenants instead of contacting us directly, despite us making it very clear we were the decision makers. They told us they would come back to install the final corner shelf that was missing or forgotten (don't know the story because communication). They even tried having our tenants sign off on the work even though it wasn't completed. Above all, what upsets me most is that they broke one of our bathroom windows. The contractor tried to sidestep it and blameshift by making statements about not having before pictures to compare and know if it was broken prior. He said he would "call his boss" and they would call us back, but WE have had to call THEM multiple times only to be told "someone" would call us back eventually to get it sorted out. Three weeks went by and our tenants had to weather the 2026 severe winter storm with a broken window. They collected their final payment and I don't expect to hear back from them at this point (though they may be hearing my credit card company about reversing that payment soon). If you're looking for a contractor who has a shred of integrity, ownership, and trustworthiness then keep looking.

Job was finished ahead of schedule. Overall very satisfied with using them for my bathroom. Attached photo of the job before and after. Our bathroom floor was cracked and bathtub didn't work.
