Nate was great. I asked him to make my Ariens snowblower like new, and that's what he did. It looks and runs like it just came off the showroom floor. He and his crew went through it with a fine tooth comb, and did an excellent job. read more

Contacted United AG & Turf regarding a used lawn tractor. Advised the person who contacted me that I needed to send a message to my husband as we were both at work. He never saw his message, so I left multiple messages with this company again yesterday, and there was no response. I will take my business where I am treated professionally. read more

The first was knee deep in conversation, as he answered all his questions, next was a pickup of something he'd finished, and one was a spontaneous "Can you fix this, I was right in the middle of ...", which he fixed in about 5 minutes with a part salvaged from another he kept for salvage purpose. Then there was me at the end of the line, it was 5 minutes past closing, with a mower someone else had deemed in need of major overhaul advising I buy a new one. In under 2 minutes, he'd tightened a cable, and the machine was running good as new. As someone else put it, "he saved me hundreds of dollars", and more importantly to me, hours upon hours of shopping for replacement, for no good reason.

Quick response and excellent, FAST service. Pickup/delivery was helpful as well. Thanks!read more

A hard working local that runs his own business successfully. Thank you for your service. Also, calm down Pamela. I don't blame the guy for not wanting to bury his truck in mud in APRIL IN NEW ENGLAND. Maybe he had gotten stuck a couple times prior to your call - I would be hesitant as well and not want to risk losing a days work due to an avoidable circumstance. Losing one customer is better than losing the rest he is scheduled for in an entire day. That was his judgment call to make and not yours.
