Henry's Towing Service helped me when my car was broke down in Branson. We knew it wasn't an easy…read moreissue like a jumpstart. I had called A&L Automotive for help with my car issue and they referred me to Henry's for towing when I asked. Note that because they have a referral relationship you can roll your towing into your car repair bill and get a discount! (I did not do this as I wanted to submit my receipt to insurance but I thought it was a great option). I called Henry's early on a Saturday morning and left a message. They called back, let me know they'd have a driver in the area in about an hour. They also asked if we needed a ride to the shop too or if they were just taking the car. They were patient with me (I was a bit stressed and almost cry-y - it was embarrassing but they were professional). That worked. Guess what - their driver arrived like 15 mins later! He was friendly, polite, told me what to expect and then got down to business. He had my car loaded up quickly and securely. He also had a very clean truck and room for both my friend and I to ride along. Henry's Towing was very helpful and really helped make this stressful out of town car breakdown experience manageable. Also I thought they were affordable - it was about $75-80 to town my car. I think we went close to 5 miles.

Can find a blue crayon more useful than this towyard. And not too mention 500$ is what they told us it would cost to get our stuff the very next day after the wreck which is wild for a 10 mile tow . not too mention we mentioned we lived 2 hours away multiple times and they still are pulling us around. We have drove to the towyard 4 times now each time they need something new or they won't let the person they previously said was allowed to grab the belongings obtain them. Wouldn't even give me my house key. That's NOT in the car. It's on my keychain.

Doesn't concern people much on how great of a person you might be, or how willing and able you are to make things work to make up for the lack in status and score...the legal hustle. So you can imagine the dread that hung over me when this should be an exciting experience. Cue T.J... When I arrived at the lot and scoped out the car that first caught my fancy, I checked it out and he came right over. It was seriously like 2 friends who haven't seen each other in a while upon meeting. T.J is so down to earth and radiates kindness with his eyes. I knew I had found a kindred spirit. Yes, they do exist...a car salesman who gives a damn. That's all I was looking for, that was all that I needed was a chance. This girl needed wheels and on paper, it wasn't looking good. T.J found me the car I didn't even know I wanted, that was in my price range, and outstanding on gas mileage! What I thought was going to be a stressful event turned out to be a memory I will cherish. T.J will always hold capacity in my heart, that is how much this experience and finally being mobile again means to me. Everyone at Never Say No Auto was friendly and oh so helpful and ready to help. I will be passing on the good news about this place. Thank you guys!!
