Now about 15 months later, they have lost nearly 40% of the finish. I'm told by 2 other experts that this shouldn't ever happen. Powder coating should be much tougher than paint. I would understand if there was a chip or similar but this is actual flaking off of the powder coating. Sadly, I will have to get the wheels powder coated again but somewhere else.

He found this mobile service, AutoEsthetics Mobile Wheel Repair, but since it was not too far from our home, we saved the service fee and went to it. Fernando, the owner of AutoEsthetics Mobile Wheel Repair, took the car in at 8. We waited in a small café up the street, and had breakfast. Wheel was done by 9:20. These folks did a great job on the rim and you can't tell that there was a scratch. Price was reasonable and workmanship was great. Would highly recommend. Hopefully don't have to repair anymore rims, but if you have the misfortune of scraping your rim and need it repaired, I wouldn't hesitate to take it here.
