There was a center brass piece on the foot board that I wanted to keep - it's what made it special. Apparently, they didn't write that part down, though, so when I went to pick it up in December 2nd (yes, December), I found that they had painted over the brass and my side rails were missing. They said they could remove the paint from the brass in a few days. A few days later - I went by and picked up my side rails but the paint wasn't off the baseboard. I was sent a picture on the 14th - paint removed - but a few touch-ups to do. By the 18th of December, it was still not ready for pickup - and I had to go out of town :(. To note - the white paint on the headboard, side rails, and most of the base board is nice and shiny and looks great. I was told the powder coat will never come off, which is why my friend told me to get it on my bedframe. If it had a nice brass piece in the center - I'd be writing a happy review only complaining about how long it took and poor communication. I was finally able to pick it up today, the 26th of Dec, 2 full months after dropping it off - and yes they removed the white paint but somehow I have a brass painted highlight instead of a bass highlight on my foot board. Somehow, between the picture they sent me on Dec 14th and today - someone decided to paint what had taken 2 weeks to un-paint. There's nothing I can do about it now.. it's so awful. The best part of the frame was this nice pop of brass and now it's a muddled, fake sparkly, brass colored paint.. with a white paint smudge on it. If I want to keep sleeping on the floor - I can try to take it somewhere else, assuming that someone can do something with this but who knows? Like the review in 2015 - I thought it was great due to the convenient location and being a small business but 2 weeks turning into 8 weeks and the one part I wanted the most being destroyed... On top of that, not telling me what they did. Just to give it to me and tell me how to shine it up, like I wouldn't notice it's spray paint and not brass! I guess they figured I was stupid enough to pay them before I saw it when I went to pickup the first time, and didn't yell during the repeated calls, I must be too stupid to tell brass paint from real brass. Now I have to try to salvage it myself - deciding if I want to paint over the nonsense they tried to pass off to me with some other color or just paint it all white... So so so upset and sad. Something I thought was great is now mediocre and cost me $160. Don't go there if you need your items in any kind of timely manner and don't make it the least bit out of the ordinary or you'll get what I got. Being nice to them doesn't help, either. They didn't work faster or pay more attn, even though they did thank me for not yelling about the fiasco.

I brought a pontoon to Priority Welding after another welder over-pressurized the tube causing a…read moreblowout. Dave assured me they were experts capable of correcting the issue. Priority did more harm than good and literally broke my boat, hid the damage, and then allowed me to put an unsafe vessel back in the water. Their faulty repair weakened the structural integrity of the pontoon and led to catastrophic failure. I reached out to Priority to at least recover the $4,280 paid for their shoddy craftsmanship but have received no response. Costs to have the boat properly repaired have now exceeded $9,000. In the pictures, you can see the pontoon removed from the deck, as well as examples of some of the work they did. To remove the tube required breaking two factory welds. I was not informed of this, and they did not do anything to reconnect the pontoon properly, creating a flex point at the bow. They also improperly welded next to existing welds without grinding out the old welds first, which immediately cracked. We try to trust established businesses to help with things we are not capable of doing ourselves. In this case, there will have to be legal intervention, as Priority seems disinterested in offering a true solution. After the boat was completely stripped down, they offered to have me bring the boat by so they could take another stab at it. If they didn't get it right in the first place, and knowingly caused damage, why would I entrust them to lay a finger on the vessel again? Finding a good welder is not the easiest thing, but there is no excuse for a lack of integrity when your company falls short. This was not just dropping the ball; this was putting people's lives in danger.

They also have written on their estimates: "Lifetime warranty on leaks/7 year labor/20-50 year manufacturers warranty." Their price to replace ~30 feet of gutters was reasonable and they were very friendly. After several years my gutters began to leak at the seams (disappointing but not too big of a deal) but then water began to overflow at one of the sections, creating a waterfall type effect during hard rain. I called naively thinking they would come out and fill the leaks and fix the overflow issue, but they were reluctant to do anything. They first said the leak was because they weren't cleaned regularly (they are 30 feet high with no trees above them), but when they came out to look at the waterflow issue, they stated that what was needed were wider gutters to replace the narrower ones they had initially installed. The cost to "fix" this was ~9x what I had originally paid. When I pointed out the absurdity of this "remedy" to my solution, they did not follow up (they had been calling weekly to let me know about their financing option). Looking back, they were never interested in fixing anything, just angling for more business. In fact, the person they sent out was not even a repairman but the guy that gives estimates. I now have to replace gutters that they replaced-the rest of my gutters are all fine. Incredibly disappointing.

I requested the front of my house not enclosing my front door and one on the side of the house where its not so visible. Instead they enclosed the front of my door. The owner's son initial came out and wrote an estimate on his lab top in the amount of $4200 and told me I have to pay half down today and 1/2 once completed. The son and I went outside wherein he showed a display of the screen and how it work. He failed to go over the estimate after he typed it. He failed to tell me about any discounts, in which the company was advertising the discounts. and the lady that answers phone has already advised me about the discounts, including senior citizens discounts. The installer came again and remove the front screen and took it back to the shop. The installer came back the following day with the same screen, however, they cut the same screen and install in, not including the front door. however, the ends was raveling, discoloration and still uneven. The installer called the office and told them that I need to pay the other half. in which i written a 2nd check for the balance. Now each time the installer came I was inside the house doing my house work. in which I should have stayed outside to watch them work. Now most of the contact with this company was by emails. Well I received a email from the owner stating that he was going to put a lien on my house because I did not pay the 2nd half. This really upset me, especially my bank account showed they had cashed both of the checks with in 2 days. Well after they installed the screen for the 3rd time and it still was uneven, I called the office and advised their office to come out and take it down because it was uneven again and discoloration. Also, where they cut the screen it was really shedding at this point. Now my house is on a busy street and I had people, friends and family members come by and said your screens is uneven. Also, once they removed the screen you can see how uneven the screen was, because of the black marker they had drawn across the house. I had holes in the walls. I relayed all my concerns to the company, tried to tell me my house was uneven. I took pictures and they showed same I then asked for reimbursement minus $1000.00 in which i thought was high for keeping small one that on the side of the house. However, I received a email from the owner stating that they are not going to reimbursement. Also, delay is one of their tactics. As of this day, its over 6 months ago and I do not have a screen nor any reimbursement.

After asking for few weeks on status of our project they finally replied and said they would not do the work for us because what we were asking for does not match the quote. I only discovered the truth recently when a tire puncture hit the inner barrel--the finish flaked off in thin, paper-like sheets of wet paint. Four independent professional wheel shops inspected them and all confirmed it is liquid paint, not powder coat. An acetone test confirmed it instantly--the black pigment melted right off onto a swab, which cured powder coat never does. ​When I called, staff insisted they wouldn't use black paint, and the owner, Freddie, initially claimed they were fully powder coated. However, Freddie admitted: "We used black paint, but a clear powder coat, which is the same thing." Liquid paint under a clear coat is not the same thing--it lacks the proper adhesion and durability of a true powder coat, which is why it's flaking off bare metal. When asked to make this right, Freddie refused unless I paid an extra $350 per wheel ($1,400 total). Be very careful expecting genuine powder coating here.
