My first thought was to take it to Trooper's due to the great care my car had received before. My husband dropped my car off on the 22nd of March and I still don't have my car. Last week, I was told it would be completed by the end of that week. The beginning of this week, I was told it would be done by tomorrow. Today, I'm being told it will be another four days (more like six, as they don't do weekends). They don't seem to understand why I'm so upset. They're blaming the insurance company (there is some fault there, I know) but don't seem to care that I'm frustrated and want my car taken care of. Being talked to like I shouldn't be angry only made it worse. I'm not happy with them and will never recommend them again. I'm heartbroken about my car and incredibly disappointed. They behave as thought they had no idea about how insurance companies work; I feel like they're not even trying. Never again...
