I absolutely love this environment. It feels like family here. Coach Jonathan knows everybody's name and is very personable. I have lost 30 pounds and reshaped my body. I just came off a challenge and learned so much more about nutrition. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always watching you to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. I like the smaller class size because you get so much more personal attention. Coach Frank introduced cardio boxing and I absolutely love it! It is intense and I always burn twice as many calories during this class. I am here at least six days a week and I highly recommend joining if you really want to change your life!

I'm a bit of a fitness junkie. I've done it all -- from Crossfit to yoga to barre, you name it…read more The reason I'm such an ADD exerciser? I hate it. Someone has to make me want to exercise. Please motivate me enough to kick me out of bed or off the sofa! Otherwise, I find it hard to heave-ho myself on to a treadmill. Torture. Can't. Won't. I need someone to tell me what to do (because I'm a lazy lug otherwise. Is three reps enough?) and make sure I do it properly. Better still if they can tell a joke or two while I'm sweating. But I'm also cheap. I have to strike a reasonable balance between needing motivation and needing to conserve cash-ola. That's why I like this place. Chris has done a great job of training me and my partner without killing our wallet. He's able to train us at the same time, adjusting exercises for my high cardio fitness and my partner's arthritic ankle, my knee injury and his upper body strength. We get a fast, hard workout that makes me feel strong, and improves my fitness. The location is great for us. Parking is easy. And Chris is a bright, fun, entertaining trainer who knows his stuff.
