I used to swear by this place, but after further experience, management is rude as they possibly…read morecould be, especially Andrew and Robbie, you'd think they'd at least say hi, but no, they watch their phones and interact with the customers the bare minimum unless it is a regular customer or a pretty girl. But between management creating a hostile work environment for regular associates and the prices being wayyyy too high, this place won't last long. Because no one wants to go to a smoke shop where the clerks bully and belittle the customers and coworkers alike. Customer service definitely isn't a priority here, between lower management and the owner, with the exception of the general manager, he's ok, although he deserves much better.... I'd put zero stars if I could...
