I used to swear by this place, but after further experience, management is rude as they possibly could be, especially Andrew and Robbie, you'd think they'd at least say hi, but no, they watch their phones and interact with the customers the bare minimum unless it is a regular customer or a pretty girl. But between management creating a hostile work environment for regular associates and the prices being wayyyy too high, this place won't last long. Because no one wants to go to a smoke shop where the clerks bully and belittle the customers and coworkers alike. Customer service definitely isn't a priority here, between lower management and the owner, with the exception of the general manager, he's ok, although he deserves much better.... This place is cool they have excellent customer service and affordable prices their guys are knowledgeable about most any glass or vape need.They do stand by some of their products but most of us know that comes with the territory when it comes to headshops or vape shops nobody gives refunds so I don't know what the other person was whining about. read more

i will never shop there again they do not stand behind their products spent 75 dollars on a vape and juice it quit two weeks after i got it has a 90 days manufactuers warranty so they tell me i have to deal with the manufactuer then why buy anything at their store just get it online if u are just going to take my money and say not my problem read more
