Sans classe... hors de prix... fausses critiques de Google... comportement totalement contraire à l'éthique ici, à éviter.

Having been at the clinic only once so far, to see a Gastroenterologist. I must say my experience…read morehas been absolutely wonderful! During a previous appointment, the receptionist was unkind and the waiting time was of 90 minutes. Fast forward to three months later. The staff, and the clinic has improved a great deal! Kinder staff, waiting time of 20 minutes at the most. The consults last 30-40 minutes. They now call 24hrs in advance to remind you of your appointment. Because of all these wonderful changes. I highly recommend this clinic to those seeking a family doctor or a specialist. Do keep in mind. A referral is a MUST! As of today, they are taking new patients. Including for a family doctor and many other specialists. Eg; Gastroenterologist. Like many other public clinics, there is a waiting list. Not as long as many other clinics.

Referral to MUHC (they haven't still given me any sign) and a battery of creams which helped me survive, just survive, for the last 6 months. The Dr. failed to recommend phototherapy or oral treatment, nor a follow up to see if the creams had worked. I have recently had an appointment at a very modest neighborhood clinic (elsewhere in the city) where a biopsy, phototherapy and oral treatment were just suggested and carried out all at once.

Review is based off of the audiologists only…read more I had to come in and get my ears checked to renew my aviation medical and was surprised that the building was close to where I use to live in ndg. There was a lot of parking available on the street and once I had parked my car I walked into an older building that had the walk in clinic on the right. Once inside I made my way to the elevator and as mentioned these are some pretty old elevator and looked a little wonky. Once upstairs on the forth floor the decor was still quite old but still within the time line of average for older buildings in NDG. The staff was incredibly kind and made great small talk. I was seen quickly and my doctor was very fun and professional. Turns out I have really really good hearing so I guess if I've ever said I couldn't hear what you were saying I was probably ignoring the question :$

The phone message states that…read morepatients should not present themselves personally at the clinic due to pandemic, as they operate only through the telemedicine at the moment. However when my husband was forced to actually go there, since the appointment registration website did not work and we were trying to get an appointment for 3 days for a baby, there were people coming as usual for walk-in, without appointment. Receptionist service rude, threatens people to call security while do the opposite of what they advertise. When my husband told them, he will have to call police for an investigation a manager came in and an appointment was discussed. Shady organization.

Just want to post a quick update about this clinic from the perspective of a new mom. If you can…read morework with the group of Family Doctors and Pediatricians here who do pregnancies you will be in the best possible hands. I did my "suivi de grossesse" here - ie; one million follow up appointments while cooking my kiddo - and over time realized this group offers what was for me the perfect balance between midwives on the one hand and high medicalized obstetric surgeons on the other. I wanted a hippie goddess mother birth vibe with all the ressources modern medicine could provide and that's exactly what I got. Unlike some of my friends who did their pregnancy follow ups in other hospitals and clinics I was encouraged to have a birth plan and to bring in a doula - two simple factors that statistically increase a mother's likelihood of having a positive birth experience. I always felt like I was being educated and supported in my choices and never judged or bullied. In the end I ended up seeing 3 different doctors from this group during my longgggg and complicated labour and they were all these kind, powerful, wise women who we trusted immediately and with good reason. Our appointments were almost always on time or within 20 minutes (I had friends wait over 2hrs for their pregnancy checkups) we always felt like our doctor, though a busy badass, would take any amount of time required to answer our questions and make us feel confident before walking out the door - so key when you're a freaked out first time parent. And the reception were kind, quick and friendly. All in all, an amazing experience during a nerve wracking miraculous time.

They mentioned that not only fingerprints were not done professionally, but the document was not stamped nor mentioned their address so that the recipient know that the fingerprint agency is legitimate. I was given a separate regular paper with the name of the person and the name of the place that I attach to the fingerprints to whoever i send it to. So, I ended up not only paying for their wrong service, but for same day delivery to the US for fingerprints that were not accepted. PLEASE consider Commissionaires - Montreal, 1001 Sherbrooke St E #700, Montreal, Quebec H2L 1L3, I went there based on a recommendation of my friends after I told them about my awful experience. The staff I met at Commissioners place are professional and respectful and the fee is cheaper. The client before me in the line does not speak English or French, he barley was able to communicate. I highly admired the professionalism, the culture difference awareness and patience the agent had while helping the person before me. Unlike national pardon where I was treated with fake smiles, and very poor attitude particularly with front desk, very unprofessional!

There is a parking lot if you follow the signs P (in green square) few blocks away. I always manage to find it there. The reception is on the second floor above the pharmacy. The receptionists always seem overwhelmed by the walk-ins, appointment clients and the calls. I was always lucky to wait just about 15-20 min with appointment. I really like my doctor, so I dont mind the wait. They do ask for a shipping fee if they need to send a sample for analysis. I think it was $5 or something around that.

Obviously bad behavior shouldn't be tolerated, but at the same time, it shouldn't be fueled. The receptionists are so painfully disinterested and indifferent to the patients it is almost humorous! If you want to make an appointment by phone and skip the underwhelming walk-in process, don't bother, you will not get through to them. After waiting far too long on hold, you eventually can dial '1' to leave a voice message that will go unheard or ignored. Emailing? same result, nothing...crickets! I don't care how short staffed you are, there is no excuse for failing to respond to a patient trying to make an appointment with their doctor. The doctors here are good, they just can't be accessed because of these receptionists who have no business dealing with the public and have zero professionalism or work ethic. So just remember when you have had a heart attack because Forcemedic couldn't be bothered to respond to you, there is no place for aggression against the staff, although you will never speak to them let alone see them.
