I did my "suivi de grossesse" here - ie; one million follow up appointments while cooking my kiddo - and over time realized this group offers what was for me the perfect balance between midwives on the one hand and high medicalized obstetric surgeons on the other. I wanted a hippie goddess mother birth vibe with all the ressources modern medicine could provide and that's exactly what I got. Unlike some of my friends who did their pregnancy follow ups in other hospitals and clinics I was encouraged to have a birth plan and to bring in a doula - two simple factors that statistically increase a mother's likelihood of having a positive birth experience. I always felt like I was being educated and supported in my choices and never judged or bullied. In the end I ended up seeing 3 different doctors from this group during my longgggg and complicated labour and they were all these kind, powerful, wise women who we trusted immediately and with good reason. Our appointments were almost always on time or within 20 minutes (I had friends wait over 2hrs for their pregnancy checkups) we always felt like our doctor, though a busy badass, would take any amount of time required to answer our questions and make us feel confident before walking out the door - so key when you're a freaked out first time parent. And the reception were kind, quick and friendly. All in all, an amazing experience during a nerve wracking miraculous time.

The Dr. failed to recommend phototherapy or oral treatment, nor a follow up to see if the creams had worked. I have recently had an appointment at a very modest neighborhood clinic (elsewhere in the city) where a biopsy, phototherapy and oral treatment were just suggested and carried out all at once.

The one I spoke to this afternoon was the contrary: arrogant, self-righteous and without any interest to hear what a patient wants to say. As you are calling the clinic, you are told that the call will be terminated if you are aggressive. Right so. Well, this call I had to terminate due to the behaviour of the person I spoke to. Is an appropriate behavior required only by the patients and not by the staff? I waited behind 8 people when we were promptly let in at 3 pm. They cut the line off one person before me saying that they were at capacity. And to go back on Monday at 12 pm. I asked why they hadn't notified me of that over the phone and they repeated the fact just to return Monday at 12pm ignoring my question. I gave up trying to communicate with the less then average desk staff. If you need a walk-in I'd highly not recommend this clinic as the wait time is long even if you are early and the front help is less then helpful. I was expecting a bit more courteous and to be let in. Also parking in the area is paid for and trying to find a place to park nearby on the street is close to impossible. Maybe skip this place

Brought my daughter here for clinic hours on a Sunday. Info Sante told me the hours were 9am to…read more5pm. I showed up shortly after 9am. Two and a half hours later no doctors had arrived. The waiting room was filling up every 15 minutes and the doctors didn't have the courtesy to arrive on time. Fifteen minutes late, even 30 or 60 minutes might have been excusable... but two and a half hours and STILL no doctor... that's unacceptable. The receptionist was pleasant but had no clue where the doctor was or when he was due to arrive because "he never answers his cell phone." If you don't value your time and need someplace to waste it, go here.
