We cannot say enough great things about By The Book Plumbing!…read more We actually worked with Brett and his crew last year when they were with a different company and were so impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly, and quick they were that this time around we called and specifically requested them -- and we're SO glad we did. Our first project with them was removing an old shower base and installing a new one, which quickly turned into a much bigger job than anyone expected. They handled it with total professionalism, kept us informed every step of the way, and made a stressful situation so much easier. This time, we hired them again to install our new bathtub, new drain and fixtures, and even fix how insanely high our showerhead was (pretty sure the previous homeowners were giants ). From start to finish, the entire crew was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. What we appreciate most is their honesty. They never try to upsell or push unnecessary work -- they explain the situation clearly, go over options, and always check with us before doing anything extra so there are no surprises. On top of that, their pricing was very competitive and actually much lower than what we've paid in the past for similar work. If you're looking for plumbers who are skilled, fast, respectful of your budget, and just genuinely great to work with -- By The Book Plumbing is the way to go. 100000/10 recommend!

It's due to disgruntled employees that think it's ok to tamper with mail. But ups and FedEx are just as bad In THIS AREA only in Hayden...weird right. I'm pretty sure it's because the surrounding areas think Hayden is improperly run and corrupt.
