When the system was installed it was under different management and called Pinnacle Water which I have seen that they did not receive positive reviews. Recently Courtney helped me with my appointment and their service technician, Arturo, performed an annual preventive maintenance on my system and the taste of the filtered water is second to none. They also checked on my Culligan water softener while they were here to make sure it is in perfect operating condition. The water softener was installed 19 years ago and still working to perfection.
