joke of a taxi firm booked on their app over 2 hours before I need the taxi only to get a message…read more15 mins before pick up to say the booking had been canceled. calmed them abs was told they were fully booked no apology and told the app should have sent me a message. Says they'd been fully booked for hours so why did the app accept my booking. phoned border line and got a taxi sorted. will not be using this firm in future only ever used them because they had an app which made it easy but clearly it does not.

Always on time to what they say when call they and often there early ready for the time given although this can cause you to rush thinking your late and forgot things need or is that just me. When you order a taxi the staff member asks for your name and telephone number. They also establish when and where you want to be picked up and where dropped off. The staff member repeats this information to you to avoid mistakes. I have found that the taxis are always on time and they will often beep their horns to alert you of their presence. The actual cars are clean and well looked after. It is a comfortable ride. There are a couple of familiar taxi drivers who will talk to you if you wish to do so. Their manner is polite and cheery. Their driving skills are excellent and you can rest assured in their hands that it is a safe journey. My first choice of taxi cab company in Bedlington.
