I couldn't put my finger on why the taste wasn't as pleasant as it should be - the coffee grounds had a slight burnt taste to it and honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the coffee in general. Contributing to my lack luster experience was the drab demeanor of the barista who took my order. The coffee shop was quaint and cozy, and the kind of place that I would like to spend hours had I had the time. Lots of selections and everything sounded good, but I settled on a special that was made for me. It was a cherry Pepsi Americano float. It was delicious and packed full of cherry flavor.
