It's especially challenging when customer service doesn't always understand that the coupons fail to work occasionally . We had this happen today and Cheryl border line accused us of lying. She did not believe that we clipped the coupons in the store when we got there. Her co worker said that sometimes it happens that way. She told her to simply refund us the difference. However, she continued to say she hadn't seen our clipped coupons. We showed her coworker the clipped coupons and eventually we were reluctantly refunded.
