I was making a purchase and their rewards machine wasn't working so I was grabbing my phone to use the app. The cashier was waiting for me to show her my id. She rudely said to me "maam take out your card already", so I told her I was getting my app out to scan and she responded back rudely again. I didn't say anything because I am not one to but I will definitely not be going back to this store ever again. Plus their selection of items is poor compared to what they used to have. That day, unleaded fuel price was $3.85/gallon. I was attempting to reap my $.20cent reward which should give me a price of $3.65/gallon, however, there was issue with the pump not reflecting the discounted price. So I re-attempted again the purchase off the Shell app and I was notified that I had already utilized my reward which was incorrect. I hadn't even fueled my vehicle yet. Ultimately, the pump only provided me with a $.05cent discount. I was not happy at all. I addressed and reported the issue with Shell Fuel rewards via email and they are currently investigating this. One of the previous reviews indicated that pumps #2, #4 and #12 do not provide you with your rewards. I have definitely made note of this for my future visits. I hope this merchant improves this issue asap. I've also purchased their meatballs on a stick for my snack on the road. It was delicious.
