THESE ARE TWO SEPERATE BUSINESSES!!! YOU CAN'T WALK OVER HERE!!" Like WOW... my SON... is STANDING RIGHT THERE... EMBARRASSED... I am FLOORED at this lady and her AUDACITY to point out how "easily I could WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH STUFF?!" Like, for starters... Your establishment has ZERO SIGNAGE that says "Hey!! It said please see cashier. I went back inside, she said "well idk what you're doing hun" very rude again. This was after I also watched this man walk over to mcdonalds yelling at them for not cleaning the men's bathroom (and cussing at them)... keep in mind McDonalds was very busy. The resolution to overcharging me was to file a dispute with my bank even though I already told representative the cashier refused to provide me proof of transaction. My claims could easily be proven by watching their camera footage unless they don't have one. Because I wasn't provided proof my dispute with bank was declined. This is a lesson learned to not go against my better judgment and demand my proof next time.
