I could barely turn the key to start the car, much less pump gas for myself. Another time, one of our tires had been needing air refilled every month for 2 years. UPDATED: usually a…read moregood experience here. today though, the guy at register had slick comments for no reason. I used register instead of self checkout since I saw no bags. The guy with black hair and neck tattoos silently rang me up, then I asked for a bag. he said "no bag". I just said thats okay if you don't have any" and paid. Then for no reason his smart self says "you only got three redbulls anyway you aight". I'm not sure why he felt the need to question what a paying customer asks for/needs? Like i dont know bro, maybe i asked for a bag because i'm running errands and have a car full of boxes and would like to make less trips to and from the car and house to put my stuff away. Maybe i just want a bag. Do i need a good enough reason for this employee? I get that its "silly" to rant over, but small behaviors like this snowball into unwelcoming atmosphere for a business.

It's especially challenging when customer service doesn't always understand that the coupons fail to work occasionally . We had this happen today and Cheryl border line accused us of lying. She did not believe that we clipped the coupons in the store when we got there. Her co worker said that sometimes it happens that way. She told her to simply refund us the difference. However, she continued to say she hadn't seen our clipped coupons. We showed her coworker the clipped coupons and eventually we were reluctantly refunded. It did not feel good to have her not believe what we were saying.
