Good to build a professional looking wardrobe on a budget, as they often have sales up to 70% off their regular prices. Their clothes are all office appropriate, no club wear here, lol. Some items lean a bit frumpy IMO, but they have some cute pieces as well, you just have to look for them. Although I have been shopping at Cleo since my twenties I would say that the target demographic is probably 35+ (their sister store Ricki's is more geared towards the under 35 group). They have a petites section, which is good for shorties like me. I don't believe that they have a plus sizes (but I could be wrong). This location at Trainyards is large with a lot of selection. The discount racks are at the back of the store. Lots of free parking in the plaza.

Bra fittings are done in an efficient, professional manner. There's a huge, comfy nursing area at the back. If there's one drawback for me, it's that in terms of nursing clothing, I felt that they lacked a little. I think they should carry a few more brands to appeal to all style tastes and budgets.

My first visit I was on the hunt for a nursing bra and was very impressed with their large selection and variety of sizing (I was looking for a very large cup size and did not leave empty handed!). I also was after suck pads for a gifted Lillebaby carrier and they had a number of choices available, plus the woman working made sure I knew that I was welcome to come in with the carrier if I needed any help with fit. That offer was really appreciated as all types of baby carriers have a learning curve when it comes to proper fit! Because I enjoyed my first experience I returned yesterday hoping to try out ring slings as I had noticed they have a great selection of carriers on my last visit. I tried on multiple with the help of both the women working and found the one for me! Really cannot thank these ladies enough for a relaxed and pleasant shopping experience - highly recommended!

Thank you!

In my opinion their clothes are more fashionable than places like Reitmans, Cleo and Ricki's, with quality being about the same or maybe a little bit higher. I really love their dresses. The cuts are usually very flattering and they often have an asymmetric element to them, which is totally my style, lol. They only have regular sizes here, no petite or plus sizes. They often have sales of 20-60% off clearance items. I've gotten really cute pieces here for less than $10. This location at the Ottawa Trainyards is big, with lots of selection. Most of the garments are now made in China, yet remain a little on the pricey side. There are usually lots of good sales to take advantage of though. My review is for my visit to the Trainyards location earlier this afternoon where I browsed the sales racks looking for a couple tops. I tried a couple on and selected 2 tops. One had a stain on the back of it. I was going to ask about a possible further reduction on the price. There appeared to only be one clerk in he store and she was busy with another customer. By the time she was finished with the other customer I had started to browse the store some more and decided I really didn't want to buy the tops I had selected, so I left.

The sizes go up to like a 60 size waist which is pretty cool as everyone is welcome here. The prices here are super reasonable for the quality you get! Expect to spend at least $100 for a piece here. No bargain basement deals here. Many of their clothes are made in Europe, organic, and/or sustainable, so you pay for these attributes. I like to poke around and see what they have, but truth be told, most of their clothes are not my style, they are too loose fitting bohemian flower child for my tastes, but one of these days I may find something I love, lol.
