I do suggest if your starting your nursing school program at a peak time like I did (I started in January 2025), get your scrubs ordered as soon as you have your nursing school orientation and you confirmed what your school wants which is very important if your required to get your scrubs embroidered. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff in but that was because everyone in my program and everyone at surrounding nursing schools were also getting their uniform ordered. There was a small mishap where the wrong jacket was ordered but they made things right and ordered me another jacket that fit me like a glove at no extra charge which is wonderful customer service. I plan to return to them once I start working in nursing for my uniform needs. Chose small business over scrubs and beyond.

Luckily, TMC Scrubs N More carried a wide selection of the exact brand and color to match my bottoms. The staff were all very attentive and helped me find the top I was looking for immediately. I am a full-time Paramedic, and I rarely have the time off, but today was my day off, and I decided to take some time out of my day, and drive to this store in hopes of purchasing some new boots for work. As I walked through the door, the two men behind the cashiers desk, barely greeted me, as if they didn't care for my potential business or value me as a customer. They were too busy leaning back on the side countertop of the cashiers desk having a private conversation, instead of projecting a welcoming attitude, and thus emitting a positive atmosphere.. NOT once did ANY of the employees on shift ask me if I needed any assistance in finding any products. NOT once did they walk over to check if I was finding everything okay, which in fact I was not, because the lack of stock in the tactical boots area was terrible..and NOT once was I given the impression that I was a valued customer, which made me feel very unwelcome, and uncomfortable...I have in fact over the years spent a lot of money at this store for work gear, and presents for my family, and I have always found the employees to be rude, lazy, and unwilling to lift even a finger to help a customer. I didn't say anything because I gave them the benefit of the doubt..but today was their last chance. Due to the ongoing terrible customer service, and quite frankly, an ongoing lack in merchandise sizing and inventory..which I've noticed over the years, I would NOT recommend anyone to to take time out of there busy schedules to spend their hard earned money at this location. I feel that exceptional customer service is a massive driving force behind any business, and as someone whom has worked many years in the customer service field, I find the employees of the Webster location's lack of service, lack of effort, lack of any dedication to the customers needs, and their gross lack in professionalism, is absolutely atrocious.. My friend's wife said I should try some stockings that are made to help me with this problem. She said her brother had been dealing with the same thing and had gone to a local business and had gotten great service and that a lady there had been very helpful. I drove around until I found uniform Specialists of Katy. I couldn't figure out how a uniform place could be helpful. When I went inside I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Theresa who knew exactly what I needed and took me to an area in the store where she proceeded to introduce me to compression stockings and explained that these things could most likely help my problem. Fortunately there were not a lot of other people shopping at the time and she was very thorough I'm explaining the value of these stockings. She left me going through these stockings and went to help other customer with other items but returned quickly after she did what she had to do. What really impressed me was her lovely smile and friendly demeanor to me and everyone she dealt with. I spent some time in retail earlier in my life but quickly decided that so many people are rude and really couldn't give a damn about me... I found another line of work. Even though I heard one lady being rude this Theresa always kept that smile and helpful attitude throughout. She always returned to me quickly and answered all of my questions and helped me find what I needed. I have used those stockings regularly and have purchased replacements back home. As a consumer I have bought all kinds of stuff throughout the years but still remember the kindness and attention not just to getting what I needed but to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I'm glad she explained that my first time wearing these stockings would feel weird and even a bit uncomfortable. The word compression is sure accurate. I bet I was there for an hour looking at all of the stuff in that part of the store bur she never lost patience with me or tried to rush me. Besides the higher price, know that this store does not accept returns. You can only exchange. Because of this, I will not be coming back.
