I'm about to start a new job and needed to pick up a few pairs of new scrubs to add to my small…read morecollection. Came to this location in search of a pink set and a black set. I was welcomed in by a very helpful lady who was unpacking some inventory and explained where the women's scrubs were and where the fitting rooms were. They had a decent amount of scrubs, but unfortunately not many in my size (xs). I was able to find one pair of black scrubs that were along the lines of wht I was looking for, but legit only found 1 pink xs scrub top, and 1 matching xs petite pants. The xs petite bottoms/pants fit like capris, so those were a no go. The same lady that greeted me offered to order the pink ones for me when I was purchasing the black set, but I thought I better hold off as I would want to make sure everything fit before purchasing. The service was great, but I was kinda bummed about the selection of scrubs in my size. Maybe that size sells quick, or they were waiting on a shipment ?? Not sure.

I got a quote for shirts and production time. Called back 3 days later to order and was told to…read moreemail Dina, to which I sent email almost immediately. After a couple hours I get a reply that the production time is now 2+ weeks. I responded okay let's get the order going blah blah.....again time goes by with another vague email basically like ok. Couple hours goes by nothing, email again and get a quick response that the information has been forwarded to someone else to process the order. The end of the day comes and no phone call or email. Then the weekend so I expected nothing. Then Monday late afternoon still no email phone call nothing. Their customer service is lacking. Update: I was contacted by Johnny Webb who carefully explained the misunderstanding. I believe he will discuss with the staff involved and hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

They got your answer. They have several uniforms to choose from. They have camping equipment, including backpacks and sleeping bags. They also have casual scout wear. Lots of tshirts and hats to choose from. There are also lots of display items, from the lowest ranks to Eagle Scout. Of course they have your patches for the scout uniform, including a ton of merit badges. Also, there is a lot of scout literature. Handbooks are a must for scouts to know what their requirements are and to keep track of them. They have two types to choose from, a regular bonded handbook, and one with a spiral spine. As soon as I walked in, I asked the guy at the register about youth sports pants because I was looking for a particular style and needed some help. He simply pointed across the store and said, "They're over there," then went right back to whatever he was doing behind the counter. Quite frankly, it came across as lazy customer service. He couldn't be bothered to walk over, ask what I was looking for, or make any effort to help. I ended up walking around the store and finding everything we needed myself. What really got me was what happened next. A very attractive woman walked in shortly after me, and suddenly the level of customer service completely changed. The same guy who had just pointed across the store for me got up and personally helped her find what she was looking for. Another guy even came out from the back to help her. So apparently when I needed help, "they're over there" was sufficient. When she needed help, it became a team effort. The difference was pretty difficult not to notice. I'm sure the response to this review will be about how wonderful the staff normally is or how this isn't representative of their customer service. Maybe that's true, but I can only review the experience I personally had. I work in customer service myself, and one of the most basic principles is that every customer who walks through the door should feel like their business matters. We still purchased several items because we needed them. I found everything myself, brought it to the register, paid, and left. They got our money because we needed the merchandise--not because anyone made an effort to help us or earn our business. There are plenty of other places where we can spend our money and hopefully feel like our business is appreciated. Based on this experience, our first visit will also be our last.

The front desk person knew nothing and the lady had no desire to help. She made a call and said no thanks. Not sure how 511's can't be exchanged at 511 store. All other major brands allow it and she said I should shop online. I mentioned that we didn't need stores like hers if we all shopped online and that didn't concern her. I will not be back.
