We're all still reeling from the pandemic so the store wasn't the most aesthetically pleasing as far as organization (boxes were stacked all over, nearly stacked at least). I ordered a get-well soon arrangement one week before the expected delivery date. On the delivery…read moredate, the arrangement was delivered at 9:50 PM, well outside of normal business hours. When I called to inquire, Mark stated that I never asked for a specific delivery time and that they accepted the arrangement (after getting them out of bed) so he didn't understand why I was questioning the late hour that they were delivered. I believe it was an oversite on their end and instead of calling and owning it and asking if it was okay to deliver the next day they rushed an order over. Things happen but how you respond is what people remember and Mark's care-less attitude is why I would not recommend them.
