I don't know how they do it…read more The kind, caring, and compassionate folks at Heaven's Pets made an absolutely devastating time far easier than I had expected. My baby girl died on Monday morning. On Tuesday morning, they called after receiving her from the vet. That poor woman on the phone had to deal with my snot-nosed crying, and she was still able to make me laugh. By Thursday, my girl was returned to me in the most beautiful box, and all of the trimmings--silicone paw print, nose/paw print (inked), a huge clipping of fur, beautiful poems, you name it. Losing a pet is so dang hard, but they really did right by her, and I am so appreciative for the care and compassion from the staff here. They really gave me a lifetime of memories, and I am ever so grateful for how amazing they are and the services they provided.

They offer clear package options, which honestly helped more than I expected. It would have been easy to feel overwhelmed or make rushed, expensive decisions in the moment, but having everything laid out made it much easier. They handled everything for me, so I didn't have to go out of my way or worry about making arrangements while grieving. I just chose what I wanted, and they took care of the rest. I reached out because I was struggling more than usual with the loss--it was just two days before the anniversary of my dad's passing--and I truly needed someone to step in and help. I'm very grateful for their care and professionalism during such a hard time.

Unfortunately, since Linda, the owner, decided to remove reviews off of her business page and block…read moreme completely, I was left no other choice than to post my review here, in hopes of saving others from having the same horrible experience as I did when I contacted her business, distraught and overcome with grief, the day that I lost my beloved 11 year old German Shepherd. I am attaching photos of her response to my review before she deleted it as well so that everyone can see who she truly is. My sweet beloved fur baby crossed the rainbow bridge on Tuesday. I messaged my vet and she recommended that I call A Pets Memory and said that they would come to my home and pick him up. At 2:33pm on Tuesday, sobbing and crying, I placed the call to them. I explained to the kind girl on the phone that my sweet baby had just passed away at my home and that I was referred to them and told that they would come and get him for me. She then asked me to hold for a minute so she could speak with "the boss" in hopes of seeing if there was anything that they could do to help me today because they closed at 3pm. She didn't physically place me on hold, she just set the phone down, so I could still hear the conversation between her and "the boss". As soon as she explained my situation, I hear "the boss" RUDELY say "WE CLOSE AT 3!". In other words, she wasn't willing to help me. The girl apologized and told me that they closed at 3pm and that they would not be able to come and get him today. She then asked me if there was any way that we could bring him there by 3pm. I said no ma'am, I live about 30 minutes away and I am waiting for my husband to get home so that he can have time with him and is able to tell him goodbye. She then asks me to hold on again and she tells "the boss" that I cannot get there by 3pm. I hear the boss angrily say "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO! I CAN'T PICK UP THAT DOG!" and repeats herself several times. The girl then tells me that I can call them back after 3pm and I will get their after-hours answering service and can ask to have someone meet at their location but I will have to pay an additional fee for someone to meet me "after-hours". She then asked me if I have a cold floor that I can put him on. Confused, I said I'm not sure what you mean by "cold floor". She said "do you have a tile floor that you can put him on overnight until we can get to him in the morning?" I said no ma'am we have vinyl plank flooring. They literally suggested that I leave my sweet, lifeless, fur baby, laying on a cold floor for 18+ hours, with another pet in the house. She then asked who my vet was and said that I can bring him there and they can pick him up from there in the morning. I told her who our vet was. The second she repeated my vets name out loud, "the boss" erupted in an angry outburst accusing my vet of sending ALL of their clients to another company, which had NOTHING to do with me or my situation but frustrated me to the point that I raised my voice and said "MAAM, THEY ARE WHO SENT ME TO YOU!" I told her I needed to talk to my husband would let her know what we decided to do. We made the choice to bring him to our vets office. I did not notify them of my decision nor did I give them my name or my pets name. Upon arrival to our vets office, I explained to them my experience with A Pets Memory. When I mentioned the girl talking to "the boss", our vet said oh that was Linda. I said who is Linda? She sweetly said that she is the owner. Then the receptionist tells us that Linda had already called up there and told them that they were coming to get my baby. At this point, Linda REALLY made feel like all of this is a money grab to her. In the end, we chose to send our beloved fur baby to another company as our baby deserved the BEST! Linda IS NOT suited to handle anyones beloved baby AT ALL. You are a pet crematory, compassion is VITAL to your business! People ONLY need your services when their pets pass away! I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services.
