Then further talked down to me because I didn't know the jargon, even though I had mentioned that I'm starting from zero. Finally, pushed me to close a sale for 12 month lessons which I'm obviously smart enough to say no to. And then used that archaic sales technique "what do you have to think about?" This lesson was a birthday gift from my wife which should've made me happy, but the experience left a sour taste. I'm the paying customer here so you better be kind, patient, and polite to me. The receipt showed the duration as 1:30-3. I arrived at 1:30 and first several minutes were registration etc. Scott took the club away from me by 2:30. I was pushed out of the door by 2:55 Anyway, I know what my recommendation will be if one of my colleagues wanted to join GolfTec. Definitely not worth $100. Find a different trainer!!

We split pretzels- basic and served with queso and honey mustard and we split the chicken nachos- decent size, some chicken, corn, tomatoes, cheese. No sc or guac to dip in, but was good. We would have extended a bit, but there was a reservation right after us- which was fine. For a party of 5 if eating, I would recommend 2 hours. For Sunday they also offered brunch options.

The day prior our screen said 14 minutes behind schedule and we were forced to turn in our carts yet again at the same place (with a 10 minute later tee time). No discounts or money back at either along with no exceptions. Place is great but they need to either accommodate for the later tee times in order to let people finish or if they "must leave because of sprinklers/ being closed" give some sort of discount. Have never been to a place you pay to play 9 holes and back to back days have been forced to return the cart prior to finishing. Especially when the cart screen says we are ahead of pace..

I went in to the Jacksonville location on Phillips Highway and got all of my clubs re-gripped. I talked with the employee about getting mid size grips on my driver and two hybrids and standard on all of my irons/wedges. All of my clubs came back with mid size grips and because the employee rang it up as all mid size grips and that's what it shows on my account they would not replace them when I came back in. It is extremely unfortunate they would not re-grip my clubs correctly and I would not recommend going to this store for re-gripping. I am now out $230 and have medium size hands so I need to get them all re-gripped again.
