She waited 10mins to be seen and I was already being worked on. Then my sister had to wait in the car 10-15 minutes before I was done. Almost 1 hr and 45 minutes to paint my nails black and put sparkle on both my ring fingers. Her nails always look great and another friends paint jobs on their acrilics is why I went in the first place. Just took too long and the lady was inexperienced in my opinion. Gonna go back and give another technician a do over before I decide whether I'll be a frequent customer like my sister is. Hate to be mean but I'm not happy with them at all. Have pieces from the side to the middle of my nail flake off, shouldn't do that with gel polish, and glob on my pinky nail.

During my appointment, I tried a few different times to strike up conversation and I was brushed off but my nail technician was perfectly fine speaking to the other technicians/staff and clients. I commented on how I was impressed with her work and she made a snide comment back about her technique and ability. From the conversation she was having with the technician and clients beside me, I could tell she was having a bad/stressful day. But that's not an excuse to be rude or dismissive of the client in front of you. I am satisfied with the way my manicure turned out, and I still tipped her 20%, but I don't know that I will book her again in the future for any service. Relax Nail Bar is in fact relaxing, and I will go back for another manicure, just not with her.
