I've been patronizing Expo Nails for upwards of seven years, and shame on me, what's prompted the very late review is the contrasting quality of recent manicures while traveling. Guess we don't appreciate something until it's gone (ish)... My most recent gel manicure (on my natural nails) via EN/Jenny was completed two weeks ago today. With the exception of visually apparent new growth, the manicure looks as fresh today as when I left the salon. No chips, no peeling... (And, if they didn't look SUPER cute, I would share pics. Wait. What? - I often get really unique designs that I prefer staying that way - unique to me. :) Again with the contrasting recent experiences, I am now even more impressed both with Jenny's knowledge of how to best care for nails (mine easily split, chip, crack and break), her level of attention to detail while applying color and design, and her overall attitude towards her work. Impressive. Also necessary is to acknowledge and compliment the other nail techs who also do really nice work: Tony, Wayne, Han, Rachelle, Katie, Ashlynn... in addition to all being conscientious about their work, they do a nice job keeping the salon clean and running (mostly) smooth. There have been mix-ups; it happens. In the end, I'd much prefer dealing with any mix-up (and any accompanying frustration that may exist) as to ending up with the more expensive manicures that (both) chipped on multiple nails inside each of the weeks they were received when traveling. read more

Terrible Service. took my daughter in for a mother/daughter day. Waited forever (we do walk ins all the time and don't mind waiting if given an accurate estimated wait time). One of the techs Stood over my chair to talk to another tech about a game they watched. I had to move to avoid him pretty much standing on top of me. Then, they turned on the movie Steven King's IT. Who wants to have to watch that while getting nails done and I would never want my daughter to watch. NOT family friendly if you want to have quality time with your older kids. read more

The staff at expo nails are all very nice and make you feel at home. The designs are wonderful, especially from Katie and Wayne. I had Wayne most frequently and he is awesome to talk to and has a great sense of what colors and finishes to add to a request if your reference picture isn't exactly what you want. My only wish is that they would prep your cuticles, but otherwise this place is great. read more

I am so impressed by Expo Nails' level of service and quality of work! I am visiting from Austin, Texas and was in need of a SNS manicure. I searched Yelp and I am so glad I decided to call this salon! They were very friendly over the phone and equally friendly in person. The nail tech, Han, was a rockstar! She was quick yet very detailed in her technique. She applied several coats of the powder and even applied a gel polish at the end to perfect the shine. The experience was nice they were kind,they got me in my seat quick. They did ok but the women doing my nails messed up the pattern! Even though that they did a decent job. They had the football game on which was nice! The price was nice it was 35$ for a new set and two different colors then 40$ with a five dollar tip. Worst customer service experience of my life. We had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance, went in for the appointment time and was told "We don't have you down." After investigation, the time and date was wrong. Keep in mind this was for a wedding and the bride was furious. The employees were rude, spoke in a demeaning manor, and were not accommodating at all to their mistake. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never return. read more

When I first walked in I was a little skeptical because the place was a little dark and appeared to be a little dirty. However, my pedicure was perfect. They took a lot of time with me to make sure they were thorough with the polish and the massage was actually long, which is rare. A lot for the price. read more

After returning to the salon for repair of the painting all is good. The staff was more than happy to repair and explain to me what had gone wrong. They did an excellent job thr 2nd time around. They even added in another color. I was going to pay them for the extra color and at least tip the gentleman for the repsirs but he refusrd to accept my money. With that being said service was excellent and they def guarantee their work. I will def be returning. read more

I started coming here and I really liked it but today was the worse nail job I have ever had.. it took her I think about 20 to 30 minutes for a full set which I had nails that past my fingers I said short not that short she cut my finger it was bleeding they r lop sided one looks deformed where there was not enough acrylic on it..they don't shine one layer of polish I just never see nothing like this and I have been getting my nails done for yrs.. horrible horrible horrible job!!!!! I will never go back !! I will go back to pro nails!!! I went to pro to have them fixed!!! HORRIBLE!!! read more
