As soon as I stepped into the underground shaving powder, I could tell that this is going to be a very good haircut not only were the members very friendly, but they were very open to my mom's very strict rules on my haircut and they were able to change it to her liking. Very fast and detailed cuts. You can tell by the way Matthew does the fade that he is qualified for this job. He takes his time. He adds detail and he doesn't finish until you're satisfied, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. He also gave me a massages and a warm towel for your face. I trust this barber so much that I let him cut my nephew's hair and he didn't cry once they also put very respectable music and the total vibe of the underground shaving parlor is very cool. Very disappointed with this barbershop made an appointment for my son's haircut . Upon arrival. Was totally ignored by staff as to were my barber would be not sure if name was manny or Mathew but very rude person talked to me like I lost or lied trying to show him my screen shot of my appointment but walked from me ignoring me Also noticed that were was alcohol in the open so liquor not sure if he was drink in or if they were drinking with other customers but I walked out of there not an environment for my son to be around be careful when coming here!!!! read more

Very poor costumer service. Made an appointment online at 9:30am, was my first Time . Barber Juanito was suppose to take care of me but instead disappeared , didn't say a word to me . Another barber comes in , I tell him my appointment was at 9:30 he says ok and begins to clean his area . no one said : we'll be right with you or we're short Staffed no acknowledgement . I got up and left and like 15 minutes later I get a text that they are ready for me . Will never Go there again. read more

Very easy in booking appointments and punctual. Took my 3 year old son who is good but not perfect with sitting still. Either way, did an excellent job with him and were very patient. They faded his hair exactly how I wanted it, line on the side with a small trim on top. Mom was very happy with the results. Simply put, Mateo is a master of his craft. Since moving back from NY, I had to look for a new barber. I'm definitely glad that I found Mateo because now I have someone who I trust will give me an amazing haircut every single time.
