At first glance the studio seems to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Once class began, she demonstrated and explained each move clearly. We had a small group so she regularly checked on each person to make sure our form was correct. This course turned out to be more challenging than I expected. It was recommended by the instructor to take a few beginners courses until you're more familiar and comfortable with using the megareformer. Overall it was a good workout, would definitely consider attending another class.

Amazing, family-owned local gym!…read more I'm not usually into working out, but I wanted to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. My fiancé and I decided to try personal training at Boss Fitness, and now we're completely hooked. The owner, Mario, is fantastic--he creates workouts that are both effective and genuinely fun. Shortly after we started, I injured my Achilles (not at the gym), and I was worried I'd have to stop training altogether. Mario was incredibly accommodating and modified everything so I could keep working out safely without making the injury worse. We've absolutely loved our experience with personal training here and are even considering continuing with group classes after the wedding. So grateful we found Boss Fitness!

I started personal training with Ella Hall in the spring of 2025, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. After years of burnout, I needed a program that would help rehabilitate my body, rebuild strength, and support hormone balance. Ella customized every training session to my needs and goals, and she was incredibly encouraging. She checked in after workouts, helped me understand my form, and supported me as my body adjusted and began the recomposition process. Her guidance made a huge difference in helping me stay consistent and prevent injury. After several months of personal training, I had the strength and confidence to join BossFit's group fitness classes, which are excellent! All the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive. The owners, Mario and Stephanie, have clearly put a lot of care and intention into what they've co-created. It truly shows in the positive environment and healthy, welcoming community they've cultivated.

Although it's quite an…read moreexpensive membership (I pay to go 8 times a month), this workout gives me the boost I need when I'm tired of my other workouts (walking or running). I've never come to F45 thinking, "This again?" Each workout is unique and challenges me physically and mentally. And just when I feel cocky and think, "How is this workout going to make me sweat?" I am sweating, thirsty, and waiting for the 45 minutes to be over! Sometimes I just drive home in a stunned silence that I got through the workout without collapsing. Also, the coaches here are phenomenal! Some will show you the correct form, others will motivate you by shouting encouraging words, and others will sometimes work alongside you on a machine or two if you don't have a partner to keep you motivated and giving it your all. My most hated exercise is burpees. I like the part when I have to get on the floor, but then I have to get back up again! But I am really proud of myself for doing several burpees in a row and not staying on the floor where it's comfortable and safe. ;-) Tired of doing the same boring workout? Want a workout you don't have to think about setting up? Just want to start an exercise routine that gets you off the couch? No matter the reason, F45 is the perfect place to get moving!

While I have worked out consistently my entire adult life I was new to weight lifting. I was looking for a place that was approachable and would teach proper form to prevent injury. There really is a place here for anyone with the drive to become stronger. They are wonderful at scaling workouts for your individual body and needs. They really emphasize form, function and mobility. It's a diverse group of people that really come together and celebrate each other through the stages of life.
