Just wanted to personally thank Greg for his assistance on the phone with my grille pinstripe kit. I had mistakenly watched the wrong installation video and was a little frustrated as I tried to figure out how the grille pinstripes applied to my 2022 Gladiator Mojave. Could not recommend more. I have used them in the past for my jeep and just recently for my new bronco with a great hood graphic and hashtag on the fenders. Made it look great. High quality items make it easy to install and if you apply heat you can realign to get it perfect. They stand behind their products and have a good friendly staff. read more

I called here a few days ago because I was recommended by another tinting shop. They told me underground graphics specializes on tail light tinting because the primary shop I contacted stopped offering tinting of tail lights. So I called UG (underground graphics). A man answered and I of course proceeded to ask what I needed to, first off was if they do tail light tinting. He answered yes, and I was delighted to know there are shops that still do this service. I told him the make of my car (an 08 vw rabbit) and before he could go further I asked if its possible to bring your own tint to use and just have them, UG, do the labor/install it. The man answered "we have a tougher time using other tint than we do our own" or something very similar to that. I then explained its not ordinary tint but that of a leading brand being Lamin-X. Not to mention its a larger cut out of my exact tail lights so its almost a plug n play kind of thing since they are like overlays. Keep in mind they are also higher grade (Red) tint tailored for my specific car. After explaining, the man still didn't really give me a clear answer except that they'd do the job on my tails but they'd rather use their own tint. Eventually, I asked the price of how much it would be if I brought my tint and had them install it. He answered "it would be $125 an hour." I was baffled, so I asked how much would it be with Your tint just out of curiosity if there was any difference. "The same" he said nonchalantly. What kind of business is that? I've already paid $60 for the higher grade Lamin-X alone and yet if I bought the tint anyway, without using their tint, I still pay the same ridiculous price? I went ahead and thanked the man for his info and immediately started looking up other shops because there's no way I'd give my business to UG after something like that. Thankfully, a few skims on the web later I found a shop called 'Xpert Tint and Auto alarms.' I called, relayed my situation, then I appointed for the service the next morning because they were going to simply install my tint for a FLAT rate of $60. This was yesterday morning by the way and I couldn't be happier how my tail lights look. Thanks Underground Graphics, you almost took over twice the amount of my money for the same simple job another shop did for the reasonable price and a great job they did. read more
