I wanted to love the place but after Linda and I got done making a plan on how to do my nails and she began preparing my nails, a lady walks in and just announced loudly that they were supposed to have an appointment at 4pm, Linda gets up and runs to her to look at the book. There was no appointment in the book. Linda asked for another time but the lady said it would not work. I understand that this lady was most likely a regular and that mistakes happen but what happened next was unbelievable. Linda came back to me and asked me to get up and move from my chair. I looked at her in disbelief. There was no please move, no explanation, and certainly no apology. I almost got up and left but she had already put on 2 fake nails. So the next lady who was going to do my nails obviously felt uncomfortable and I think asked if someone else could do my nails. Next I was told to get up and move to another chair. So I did. I believe this was the owner who was going to do my nails. She asked me what I wanted done and I told her to ask Linda because she knew exactly what what we were going to do to do and since they speak the same language I thought Linda could explain it to her better than I could. She did not ask and began to finish the preparation of my nails. When she finished, I asked her again to talk to Linda. She finally did talk to her but Linda did not take the time to fully explain so the owner was unsure so I just showed her the picture of what I was going to to do until I talked with Linda. The owner rushed through my nails and did an ok job. One that was very inconsistent from nail to nail. Like I said , a rushed job. Next, it was time to pay. Still no apology from the owner or from Linda. No discount. Nothing!!!! Apparently, they do not want my business. I was going to bring my friends too. I did leave not quite a 20% tip as well. (not sure why I did this, but I did) The place is very nice and Linda did a very impressive job, but her customer service was horrible!!! I have been in the hospitality business for a long time and this is no way to treat your guests. Same goes for the owner. If you make a mistake, which we all do, go out of your way to apologize and make the situation right. Put yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if you were a new customer in this situation, would you want to come back? You have the potential to do far better than you have so far. My experience started out amazing but that ended very quickly. An apology and some sort of a discount was all that you would'v had to do to resolve this. You could have kept my business and potentially have gained more business as well.

I have to wait for my fingers to heal from the two cuts in order for me to get them fixed elsewhere!

I liked her service and I made an appt to go back for another treatment, highlights, and a haircut. I asked for my hair to be brighter blonde for the summer. Alicia was running 40 min late so I waited in the area outside the studio. When I got in she colored me a dark blonde (through highlights) and charged me double the price I paid last time. I was sick to my stomach paying the bill but I graciously also tipped even with my dissatisfaction. She already had another client going between my appt so I couldn't say anything and not be polite....so I texted her later when she could answer on her own time when it was more convenient. She didn't like that I was dissatisfied. I didn't use bad language, I didn't call her personal phone and she told me I was the worst customer she's had in 27 years. And all I did was text her my dissatisfaction with pictures to show how different it was from what I had showed her I wanted. She told me I was harassing her. How so? She told me how awful my hair was in detail and how she's a senior colorist and that's why her prices were so high. It was not a good experience. Please beware.

I was fine with the smell, she told me it was very sheer, I replied I was okay with that and wanted it for the 40 SPF. She then started telling me that the SPF wasn't really sunscreen. At this point I figured she was new or something and wasn't comfortable doing a professional color match. During checkout I told her I totally would have spent another $50 for my own product if she would've been more helpful and didn't put the product down, she turned defensive. Very poor customer service
