I called the store to have the ruddiest girl answer not by Hello or how may I help you. Never asked to look up my information to verify what is happening either. Started in on me that I need to call my bank and see why they canceled it and if my money was returned. I shouldn't be buying stuff unless I had money. Not a good way to start a conversation. Had hubby call the bank and they said it was completely approved and for no reason whatsoever 6 days later this company canceled the payment and returned the money. The card company told us it was extremely fishy and they would not approve the charge again and put extra measures on the card in case they tried anything fishy. This whole time still have not gotten a call to resolve the issue just a text every day to click the link. I never paid them they sent the hot tub cover anyways to our house and now threatening to take us to collections. Not sure but a horrible way to treat a first time customer. I will not do business with them ever again.
