If you live in an apartment, he cannot perform is job. He dumped his vacuum out on the walkway, left all of my belongings on my driveway (a few pens and business cards that had fallen), mind you, there was a trash can in my garage that was easily accessible to him. and charged 150% of the originally quoted price for all of this. Given, my car was simply dusty before this with some dog fur. No dirt, no mud, just a simple detail. I could have gotten the same service at Crew Carwash, just a cleaning, for 1/4th the price. We spoke with them by phone and in person regarding getting our auto interior detailed and smell removed and now regret it. The facilities are very nice, the staff is very nice, but the work was not. I am sure if you have an expensive vehicle, classic vehicle, new vehicle, etc., they probably do a good job, but it was not good for our 14 year old vehicle with a smell. We were told to get the smell out, we would need to purchase the special "bleach bomb", which we did and were told the smell would be gone. We were told the stinky smell we wanted removed and the smell of the bleachy chemical would be gone after a couple of days...it has been several weeks. Also, the console armrest had not been touched. We thought maybe they tried, but couldn't get it clean. My wife ended up taking a Magic Eraser and cleaned it perfectly in under a minute. The interior is dusty, backseat was not cleaned at all, and the backseat cup holders were not touch. Those are just a few of the things. It actually looks like they vacuumed and not much else (the vacuuming was good). My wife with common household products could have done better. This was a waste of $350 (interior only). We do not usually leave reviews, but thought another point of view was needed.
