They took the time to get it right even having to hold it an extra day or so, as they did second checks on things and took care of a few little things they found, making sure that I got a car that was in great shape when I left. Mario was very nice and kept me updated throughout the process and his pricing was really excellent. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing bodywork in the Greenfield area.

Mario was friendly and honest about his work. He didn't bat an eye when we told him we'd be paying ourselves. My car was done when promised and came in under the quote price. (He even replaced a piece I forgot about that I broke a couple years ago during a flood in Castleton.) My entire hood had to be repainted. There's no scratches, random marks, or circular patches on it. It looks like it came right off the assembly line. He also picked up my car at my house and dropped it off when the work was complete. Seriously, this place is a gem! Their work is perfect!

I had to do extra wipe down. Fragrance was overwhelming. Their location is a bit scary looking and you aren't quite sure they will do quality work. But my car looked nice when I got it back. I especially liked how clean the mats were. The car was still moist inside but that is because I really needed an in and out day job. Cost was $100 and that was with a discount and interior only.

Shout out to Mason. I have lost my windshield wipers 3 or 4 times now going through Crew Car Wash!…read moreAfter the 2nd time, I take total blame. Emily was working the 2nd time I lost them in the car wash. She was who let me know about the automatic function of my wipers! When water hits the windshield, the wipers come on. Emily showed me how to turn the auto off. I 'thought' I'd been good about checking. But.... Last Friday I went through Crew in Greenfield, on my way to Brookville. I noticed on my way that my windshield wipers were gone again. I am back in town today, so I stopped by the Car Wash and Mason was working. He went through all of the windshield wipers and tried to figure out if any of them belonged to my car, which they didn't. Also, there was only one of each. I am missing both. He told me that when they closed tonight, there's another part where things get washed down under the tunnel. He believes that they might be down there and they will check for it. In the meantime, Mason had me go through the Car Wash again after I verified how I thought the auto is to be turned off. He sprayed water on my windshield before I went in. And my windshield wipers did not come on. Therefore, I know for sure how to make sure that the auto setting is turned off. Mason definitely went above and beyond for me, and I am so appreciative. Auto windshield wipers to come on automatically, when your windshield detects water is utterly ridiculous function. And not just because I keep losing my windshield wipers, but it's not hard to flip the lever and turn them on. That's just crazy. What a dumb feature.
