Long story short this place has everything you want except maybe Beef Ribs. The sides were awesome, I picked up some roasted squash and roasted potatoes. Very good. And went with a 3 meat plate 25.99. With Taxes and everything the tab came out to about 29.00+. Not bad, considering something like this out in Los Angeles would probably set you back close to 40.00. The baby back ribs were tender and retained most of its moisture, AAA. Brisket was alright, dries out really easily, preferred even thinner cut, but had a decent fat to lean meat marbling. Last meat option, I went with Spicy Sausages. It was infused with cheddar, and in all honesty, probably should have went with a slice of ham or pulled pork. Overall a pretty decent place for meat lovers. Raw onions and BBQ sauce are AYCE. This be my third time ordering here over the past 2 years driving cross country. Overall a solid stop for a fast casual eatery with Southern flare. Shout-out to the young Southern gentleman with the slick back haircut serving everyone. Very well mannered, super polite, courteous, professional, and charismatic. Excellent crew.

Let's start there. If you love sausage. If you think you know sausage. If sausage is your thing. Then get ready. That resume you've spent your entire life building up? The casing is all natural as well. These sausages are made right here in Stonewall, Louisiana!! The Original flavor is my absolute favorite, but they also offer Jalapeño, Green Onion, and Hot. These other flavors are hard to come by! If you see some online or in stores, you snatch 'em up like you're getting away with something!! And they do offer a top notch online ordering system at lacrawfish.com search Down Home Meats or Down Home Sausage. You can also order LIVE CRAWFISH there. That's right, LIVE!! You will only accept Down Home Sausage on your plate or fork from this day and every day thereafter.
