My kids 11, 9, & 6) are tough critics, and THEY loved the food too! The best part is the amount of delicious food you get for the price. Now I'll want to come every time we visit the area! On top of all that, the service was outstanding. The guys working were really helpful and patient, and super friendly. Can't recommend it enough. Brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, and Mac and cheese filled our choice for dinner. All was so very delicious! We even had leftovers which made it even better. The food was flavorful and the meat moist, slow cooked to perfection. We gave our food order in person rather than calling ahead. We were received with warmth and hospitality. While we waited we spent the few minutes making small talk. We look forward to visiting the area again and will be sure to stop by the Meat Hook for more tasty BBQ.
