Uncle Eddie's had homemade Italian food that reminds me of the food my grandmother from Italy used to make. The lasagna and Sunday gravy meals were excellent. We also had a Mahi special that was very good. The expresso martini, artichoke appetizer and the pasta fagioli soup were all delicious. Our server was very attentive and we even got to listen to Karaoke on Sunday night. The singers sounded like professionals so it was great music. We happened to go on a night that they were doing an auction and raffle for Honor Flight, a veteran supporting program, and had the pleasure of meeting three World War II veterans. Eddie was the perfect host, the singing and ambiance was unbeatable, very loud and rowdy in the best way. The food was phenomenal. Complimentary bread can be hit or miss and their bread was very soft and flavorful. I had the lasagna, which had plenty of meat sauce and was classic and hearty. The pork osso bucco was tender and tasty. Finally, dessert was also great. Cannolis were creamy and decadent, and the bread pudding had the perfect consistency, not too soggy and piping hot when it came out to us. I had the pork osso buco, it was good; coulda been hotter, it was to be served over mushroom risotto, may have been a scant amount hard to tell with all the sauce, so there was no risotto integrity. We tried to deal with it and sit down but when we got to our tables, before we could even order, we looked around and the place was filthy. It's fine to have your own opinions, but it can make others feel uncomfortable or unsettled while walking into a public establishment when it's on display. My mind is literally blown by this place. We found it randomly on a drive and it was between here and the taco place. If you find yourself in this same conundrum I highly recommend here. We walked in, didn't have a reservation and were immediately seated at a booth about midway from the piano. I thought it was going to be a typical strip mall Italian restaurant and I was wrong and not dressed up for occasion. Next time I'll try not looking like a hobo.. The bread was served and holy God whatever they do to it is like crack. Our server didn't show for a bit but when we inquired our waiter, Kevin, eagerly took our orders and answered our questions. I ordered the mushroom pasta dish and my friend had chicken parm. The meals were SO good. Kevin kept our glasses full and the meals were brought out super quick. He even escorted us to the bathroom. I will be honest I am not a fan of your typical Italian restaurant but this blew me away. I never finish my food and I wanted to lick the plate (if I had been better dressed I might have done it lol). The prices are mid to high $20s for most entrées, but honestly you get what you pay for and I didn't think twice about it. We both live south but we're already planning our next trip back. If you do decide to go, make a reservation, and make sure to ask for Kevin and you won't be disappointed! Also, there is a piano for entertainment and the music choices were good and not too loud where you couldn't have a conversation. Even though the restaurant was busy and boisterous with an event for veterans, our service was extremely well paced and attentive, Brian did a great job. The dining room was cheerful, the photos on the walls provide a touch of homeyness to the atmosphere. The appetizer special, cheese stuffed zucchini flowers were amazing and rich. My Braciole Di Manzo was flavorful, tender and proportioned just right to be able to enjoy dessert. The cannolis were some of the best I've ever had, and the brioche al forno was better than mom used to make. Do not be swayed by the unfortunate review bombs on this application, a visit to Uncle Eddie's should be on your list if visiting Jupiter. It's amazing that in todays world that food poisoning is still possible. Amazing find! We are so glad this restaurant was recommended to us. Their homemade bread and dipping sauce was so good. We ordered their scallops, chicken Francaise and Pappardelle Della Foresta. AVOID IF YOU HAVE GLUTEN / WHEAT RESTRICTIONS!! My husband and I decided to invite our friends to Uncle Eddie's last Thursday night because we have enjoyed Frank Corso's music in the past. Both my friend and I have a gluten sensitivity and suffer from migraines and stomach issues when we eat wheat. When I explained to the waitress my diet restrictions (which also include tomatoes and nightshade vegetables) she suggested the Yellow Fin snapper which she said Eddie had freshly caught that day. I was delighted there was a fresh fish option given menu options in Italian restaurants are generally very limited for me. I specifically requested that the fish be pan seared/ sautéed with no flour dredging or batter and she assured us they could do that. When she brought our meals I asked her if our had any kind of flour coating because it did not look pan seared. With the piccata sauce it was difficult to tell. She INSISTED that it was pan seared and had not wheat. The portion of meal was generous with beautiful vegetables and a mushroom risotto. I have a small appetite and generally only order an appetizer. I ate several bites of the fish and enjoyed the vegetables and risotto which was very filling but as unable to eat a good portion of the meal as my husband and I had also shared a salad. I took the rest of my meal home. That night I had stomach pains and didn't feel well. the next day my friend texted to say she had gotten a migraine Thursday night after dinner. She asked me if I thought the fish had a wheat dredging. I called the restaurant and left a message but didn't receive a call back. I called again Saturday late afternoon. I explained that our waitress had assured us the fish was not coated with any flour and explained that when I got home I saw a thin coating was able to be peeled off. She proceeded to tell me that they took food allergies and request very serious and essentially blamed me for not sending the meal back at the time. Again I explained that I specifically questioned the waitress when she brought the meal and she assured us it has not wheat. Our bill was easily over $150, service charge, credit card fee and tip. I asked if they could take the $38 off our check and she told me she highly doubted Nick would do that. She promised to have Nick call me personally when he came in Saturday night but I never heard from him. I will not be returning to Uncle Eddie's given this incident. read more

This place is awesome. It's was super slow when we first got there around 6 on a Friday night but man was it packed by the time we left. The staff is amazing and very friendly. There was a live pianist playing on the night we went and made the ambience quit pleasant. The food was incredible too. We had the fried squash flowers and tomato appetizers and loved both. Made a reservation for 7:00pm on Valentine's Day which was probably mistake number one. I can't vouch for the food because I wasn't able to ask anyone about my reservation. That's because there was a line of gumbas like from out of Good Fellas dressed to the nines waiting in a line that stretched to the door with no hostess. My guess is this place stays in business thanks to the millions of snowbirds in the area now. I personally would have had someone address the line with communication or even a glass of wine while we waited but even that was too much for them to handle. As you enter the restaurant there is a bar to your left with a traditional Italian cuisine flair. And as you enter the dining room there is a piano bar with a professional musician playing some old time favorites. One of the owner Eddie Lubic has been in the restaurant business for over thirty (30) years. His passion is providing an authentic Italian dining experience for his customers in a comfortable traditnal Italian cuisine. I found their menu interesting since it seems his Italian entrees had an interesting twist. I ordered the Salmon Affogato which is worth noting the ingredients; pan seared Scottish salmon with Porcini mushroom crusted complete with sun-dried tomato and shitake mushrooms in a white wine, brown butter sauce. Wow this dish was excellent. My partner had the Gamberoni Provensal that was served with homemade guitar string pasta. The string pasta was very good as well. While we were enjoying dinner Eddie was singing a piano duet while walking through the dining room being sure that his guests were enjoying the evening.
