I originally tried them out because I liked they use earth friendly cleaning products, and they were able to help me finally organize my home which is something I'm not very good. I continued using them because they did such a nice job. Marion's organization of my home ridded me of a lot of clutter, and made my living area much more functional. I could find anything I needed much more easily, and it became easier for me to maintain my home more easily from day to day. On cleaning days, I easily picked up the basics in the morning or the night before. After the cleaners came & went, I had a nicely cleaned home, and it smelled nice. Other services us harsh cleaners with smells I find irritating, but not Happy Earth. When I was home when the cleaning people were there, they were always very nice people who worked thoughtfully and diligently. They took care of whatever I needed in the amount of time we had planned. When I wasn't home, they came in, properly disarmed my alarm, took care of business, and left my home so it was inviting when I returned. Whenever they had finished the usual with extra time, they filled the time doing extras which I previously listed could be done. If those had been done recently and looked good, they cleaned other things which needed to be done. I highly recommend Happy Earth to anyone who could use a cleaning service. They made my life much happier, giving me a clean, pleasant home. I no longer had to trade off a clean, functional home to have the time to do things I really enjoyed and wanted to do. We contacted the company and they did an "internal investigation" and not to our surprise, the cleaners who were in our home never saw any of the items. We are not people who misplace things and had searched extensively for the items prior to assuming the cleaners. But when they're the only other people who enter your home. A police report was filed so that it would be on record. It's a really unfortunate situation, we were very much hoping to support a business with this type of model. But we ended up getting bit. We had scheduled for the cleaning to begin between 8-10 am. No one arrived in that timeframe or after for the cleaning. I had reached out around 7:50 (texts pictured), and received nothing back at all. I was later left on read by the individual I have been in contact with up to that point and still no response nor apology the day after. If they had just said they couldn't come, it would have been more acceptable, but instead, my wife and I were left in a state of limbo the rest of the day waiting for the possibility of them to suddenly show, when they never did in the end.

She brought in equipment we asked not to bring (our steam Shark vs a mop that has traveled over many floors), and she wore an empty backpack. We had a chat about expectations that were previously agree to, and we showed her around. Then she went outside to smoke her "black" and talk on her phone. We called her in so she could start to clean something. She got back on her phone to call her "boss" to confirm that she was, indeed, supposed to clean in a certain room. Then, finally, she went into the bathroom to start, you know, to clean. We decided to ask her to leave, but she said that she had to call someone for a ride. After she finally cleared our sidewalk, and after we watched the van drive away, we looked inside the bathroom. The only thing that she apparently could quickly fit into her empty backpack was an 82count Clorox Wipes full container that was on the counter in the bathroom. Poof! That was gone. And then the owner demanded that we pay a $75 "cancellation" fee. (We did not.)
