This is a great U.S. Bank and usually have no problems here. It is located inside the Albertson…read moregrocery store. The hours are great; open later than most and seven days a week. Its a pretty standard bank but smaller than most because of the location. There are only three teller windows and only full when its busy like Fridays, or beginning/end of the month. So avoid those days or you will be standing in line. Only had one rude encounter one time, but other than that they are pretty nice. It is convenient to come here and shop at the same time. Overall, its a standard bank on the smaller size but still provide you with decent service.

My husband has his account through US bank and I bank with OnPoint. We decided to get me on his…read moreaccount so we went to the location on main street at the Albertsons in battleground. We got I think Brittany to help us out. She was really nice and chatty. She told my husband and I that OnPoint is a "sister company" her words, so that I don't get charged at the ATM with my OnPoint card. That's false, she also stated that the external transfers are immediate, which is also false. She then asked if she wanted us to get a debit card ordered since I'm now on his account I said yes and she said okay ordered. Flash forward a week I went to pull cash out using my debit through OnPoint and got charged $3. I called a US Bank branch in orchards and the guy said my account and my husbands are two different companies so I'm going to get charged to withdraw cash. Not a big deal as I have a joint through my husband. I then asked where's my debit card since it had been a week. He stated no card was even ordered or created. So he had to go through the motions of getting it created and ordered. He even went and asked what style card I wanted! I complained to Kyle at the Albertsons branch about Brittany and he informed me she's a senior banker. Why she gave me that information that was wrong I do not know. Just be careful what bankers tell you especially at this location

They were very helpful during the sign up, but I wanted to be able to deposit money into this bank…read moreand transfer it to my previous credit union, where I keep most of my savings. Columbia Credit Union requires you to wait several days to set up an external transfer, while they put 2 small deposits into your other bank account. Then you have to go through a bunch of steps to get that account attached to your Columbia Credit Union account so that you can transfer. After waiting several days to be able to complete this transaction, which was larger than usual, I still could not get it done. I had to contact them 3 times on the phone--I couldn't find a way to contact them via messaging--and had to wait a long time on hold. At the end of all this, they couldn't transfer my money because they have a $2000 per month limit on what you can deposit. The lady who was helping me kindly tried to help by having the receiving bank pull it out as a bill pay, but that didn't work. She said my only option was to go into the bank and get a wire transfer (which they will charge me for), to wait for the checks that I have ordered and send the check by US mail to the other bank, or to slowly drain out $2000 per month to complete the transaction that I needed to have done in one piece (so that it will be recognizable). I needed to have that done today, in one transaction, and I don't think I should have to pay to transfer my own money. By the time I had been on extended holds with them for 3 calls, it was closing time for them, so I did not even have the option of going to their bank and physically getting the money or getting a cashiers check. I am very frustrated with them and am considering changing credit unions, even though I just opened this account. I need it to work for me, and it isn't working so far. I must say that I doubt that the problem is with this particular branch. I think that the problem is with the whole institution. The people who assisted me throughout the whole process were helpful and polite. They just were not able to overcome the policies of their employer to meet the needs of their customer.
