Update- I have tried for a week to work with OnPoint which was a waste of time . People beware of their bill pay , there are glitches and OnPoint will not take responsibility for those glitches . One of the biggest conveniences for me has always been being able to deposit money quickly and safely using a drive-thru ATM--especially in this area where I feel more secure staying in my car. Unfortunately, this branch doesn't offer a drive-thru ATM at all. Yes, I can get out of my car to use the walk-up ATM or go inside, but that kind of defeats the whole point of quick and convenient banking. What's worse is that the ATM I used to rely on--by the Walmart in Wood Village--no longer accepts deposits either. So most checks clear in a day. Maybe two. The straw that broke the camels back? Talked to a teller by my house in Tanasbourne. I was told that check would have never had a hold placed if I would have deposited out here as opposed to the branch off 122nd by my work. So classist? Racist? Not sure.
