For such a pricey service, we were left very underwhelmed. I ended up texting the support number, but never received a response. We did the taco bar/beach bonfire combination while we were staying in Rosemary and it was a complete let down. The chairs and lights were very cool and picture worthy for sure... but the service and food prep was unimpressive and did not match what we paid for the setup. When we showed up the "wait staff" was a young kid that was not helpful. The food was in tin foil pans sitting out, flies everywhere with not enough paper plates and not enough warm water bottles (the only drink provided.) I went up to him to ask for more paper plates and water and he said "well we outsource the catering and so I don't know what to do... maybe someone got greedy with the paper plates." It was just a pathetic setup that's advertised as concierge and high end. I think the experience is maybe worth $300-$400 and that's being generous. When we got there we tipped the guy in the beginning to insure service and to start off being generous... that was a massive mistake. We reached out for a refund and were essentially told it was not worthy of a refund and that they outsourced catering. Both my husband and I run organizations and I would never dream of blaming poor service on a vendor we chose for our clients... we would take the hit and try to do whatever we could to protect the reputation of our work and companies. I get hiring a guy that turns out to be a dud on the customer service side, I get that you can't completely control quality when you outsource something like catering... but you can control how you respond to the ball being dropped. She offered to host another bonfire but we don't live in Florida and honestly I don't have faith in the redemption. So I am leaving a review because the ball was dropped and the response to the ball being dropped was disappointing... take this into consideration when using this company.

I wanted the frosting to be in our wedding colors. Since caramel and peanut butter were already tan/ivory, she could not make them in turquoise and coral. Instead of that, she provided cupcake sleeves in the colors! These were so beautiful. I had also explained I wanted the topper to be a seashell/beachy and she nailed it!! My guests said her cupcakes were one of the best they have eaten!! And I agree! I love Georgetown Cupcakes in DC, but hers topped GT cupcakes!
