The Manager, Niko (?) and I believe the GM (I think his name was Don or Dirk) stopped by the table and genuinely cared about our experience as they were walking around greeting others. Absolutely ridiculous to come say anything at all to us when we were being held up by group in front. It pissed us off so much with their negative energy at the start that it ruined our round. Never been so hawkeyed on a round in my life and our group typically plays pretty fast and after some shots would add unnecessary negative commentary. Waste of money playing this course and they should be ashamed of themselves for telling a group to speed up when it's actually impossible when group in front is the reason for the slow play and especially on such an early hole!

The ranger came by and asked what the issue was and then drove away in the opposite direction! After 16 holes (4.5 hours) we had to quit playing. For $160 , I think one should decent course management. Clearly that is not their management philosophy. Not a good value !!
