I found this company thru searching Google and they made it easy from start to finish. Kaylee was who I initially spoke with and being from the Midwest I know little to nothing about best times for this kind of event etc. she was ready and willing to provide me with all the info I needed to make sure we scheduled it properly. When I told her about our son's birthday she immediately asked for ideas to make sure it was memorable and special. Before the event Ben who was our attendant reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and the directions to the bonfire location. He helped carry the cooler and had the fire blazing for the whole family to make s'mores. Our boys asked him to play multiple games including the cornhole he had set up and he obliged the whole time and was a pleasure to have there to keep the flames burning the entire time and act as the photographer for some family photos. If I could give more stars. For this group I would. Make this your first and last stop for a beach bonfire because this great group of people make it seamless and easier than you can imagine. Communication is exceptional.  They arrive early to do and prep to ensure a prompt arrival time.  They were already fully booked, but worked us into a time slot that was mutually beneficial. We originally booked with another company and paid a deposit, only to have that company call the day of and tell us they accidentally double booked and cancel.  Our daughter is disabled and was devastated. Ebony and Enchanted Parties saved the day.   This wasn't a birthday party, it was a "Just Because" booking.  But much makes our daughter happy, but Enchanted Parties hit a home run.  Ariel spent an hour with our daughter poolside.  She was rolled in on her shell chair and had her treasure box loaded with gizmos, gadgets and thingymabobs.  She went through those, talking about each one.  Next she talked about Pronce Eric, her sisters her dad and her life.  There were bubbles galore.  We listened to some songs and then she read some books etc.  They really are prepared to tailor the experience to your specific needs  Did I mention BUBBLES. HUUUGE BUBBLES!!  Ebony is the bubble queen!  Ebony coordinates the entire experience and works to keep random people at a reasonable distance so that your princess can focus on your special person.   I cannot rave enough about this experience!  A few tips: 1.  If you're a parent and you happen to see a character engagement, please be respectful and keep your children at an observable distance so the team can focus on their engagement.  2. Please don't walk up to the team and take photos without first asking for permission.  Again, this interrupts the Enchanted Parties team and the experience someone has paid for.   3. (This happened to us today,  so I'm going to mention it. ) If you are an adult man or woman, don't stand and gawk or make rude comments about the event or team. That's just disrespectful.  Keep your commen to yourself.  Ebony will definitely ask people to move along to minimize distractions from your experience.  With Enchanted Parties, you can't go wrong.  There's a reason they are booked by many resorts.  They are very good at what they do.   Value for the money: Did I get what I paid for?  Absolutely, and then some. They went above and beyond. For the first time during our week-long vacation, our disabled child smiled, laughed and enjoyed herself.  That's priceless! Give them a call, an email or inquiry on their website and tell them Charles sent you. You'll be glad you did.

Victoria and Angelo were absolutely extraordinary. They always came by to make sure we were relaxed and comfortable and adjusted our umbrellas to have shade without us even asking. They would come by and kick sand off our chairs and even fold towels when we were away. We had multiple conversations with both of them and we always ended up laughing and joking around.
