The enchiladas had so much shredded chicken in them that one half of an enchilada was More than enough, however, our greedy bellies wanted a whole one! The shrimp scampi was wonderfully hit with ample amounts of garlic and seasonings to balance it all out. The pasta was cooked just perfectly!
