The lady I normally hired is on well deserved vacation for 1 month so I decided to have someone else this week. I explained to the cleaner that she will use my vacuum cleaner and mop, I had to explain to her how to use them because she didn't know, She was using dirty water to mop my floors, I also told her to use my products to mop and she used something with an insecticide smell, my husband had to open all the doors and windows for that smell to come out, since my kids got they eyes irritated!!! She didn't clean the kitchen sink properly, She didn't vacuum before mopping, she did moped first and vacuumed after....!!! who does that??? and all mirrors and glass in my house have stripes and also my refrigerator has a very bad look from the outside, they don't know what to use for stainless steel appliances, I requested to apply a protectant for my shower doors and she did not use it... I have all supplies she needed to use and didn't use them, since I told her to use mines from the beginning!! I appreciate the hard work but is obvious that they just started with this business and don't really know what they are doing, don't know how to clean properly and don't pay attention to details. I paid $150 for 3 hours and 1 person and that was ok, but my houses unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly. And I know I'll get a bad response from owner or "manager" because I saw the way they react to bad reviews but I'm just being very honest, she responded to all bad reviews with a justification for what they don't know how to do, my house gets cleaned every week and I know exactly how long my kitchen and bathrooms takes to get clean, and the cleaner took about 80 minutes to only clean my small kitchen, and didn't cleaned well, then I told the manager is taking to long and she told me that my kitchen was very dirty!!! Lol They were trying to justify they just don't know how to clean properly by saying that my house is very dirty... Not a good response to keep clients or get new clients. Sadly won't recommend or use them again.

We walked through the job-site with Harry who assured us all dust would be removed, stains on floor would be removed, bathrooms and tiles would be cleaned, free of dust and overall, the home would be deep cleaned and move-in-ready once they are finished! My husband has extreme allergies to dust and we were assured the house would be spotless of dust! We definitely did not receive that! We received minimal cleaning and lack to detail and attention when it comes to cleaning a construction site. Many areas were missed that we discussed. The crew was about the leave but floors were not cleaned, areas were left untouched and dust was on baseboards, window sills, and door frames. The next day, we noticed even more problems - appliances were not cleaned, areas in the kitchen were not touched and trash was left. After expressing our dissatisfaction Harry sent only one person from his team to clean up and fix the problemed areas , but there was way too much work for one person to do, that it was a complete joke. I actually felt bad for his one associate to do all the missed work. I had his associate just focus on a few of the missed areas because it was not fair to send just one person to do an entire house! If you're looking for a quick and basic cleaning this company could be a great option but nothing more than that! A company should it promise that they are capable of doing something, when they cannot provide. And after expressing our dissatisfaction, we are now being ignored, so there is lack of accountability and lack of customer service.
