I wouldn't recommend anyone wanting a to experience a special ultrasound experience with their significant other/family members to come here. Location was easy to find- however, while scheduling our appt we were told to call and advise when we had arrived (no where to physically check in with anyone at a front desk etc). That alone was a little frustrating because the initial 3 calls that we made were all almost immediately forwarded for voicemail so we were wondering what was going on. Had to call repeatedly to finally get an answer. We were then brought back into a single room that seemed to serve purpose as the office as well as exam room all in one? The decor was like no other...and not in a good way if that makes sense? It was very tacky and looked like a child had put it together. Once in the back, there was another individual already there who was getting the ultrasound prepped. The room was stuffy and beyond hot; and it was just an all around awkward vibe that was uncomfortable. I felt like if I didn't try to initiate any sort of conversation, nothing really would have been said. The atmosphere was anything but welcoming; and for this to be our first ultrasound TOGETHER, it didn't make the experience enjoyable thus far. One thing that was upsetting is that scheduling the appt some time prior- we weren't advised that there was no 3D/4D ultrasound available/wouldn't be available at the time of our appt. It wasn't until we were already sitting in the "multipurpose office" that we were told only 2D was available. I wouldn't have gone to the appt if I knew it was 2D only at that time. I could have gotten the same pictures from my OBGYN. The imaging was done which was....just imaging. I felt like I had gone to a normal doctors appt and not an experience to see my unborn child. At the end of the appt we were provided some printed pictures, and told we would be receiving additional pictures via email the day to follow. Still haven't received any...nor am I expecting to get them at this point. Don't advise customers or make commitments to people who pay for services if you can't keep them. If we were told to expect the pictures in a weeks time etc if more time was needed to do so- at least it would've been a realistic expectation (if that was even followed through with). There weren't many reviews on this place to begin with but if I had seen anything like this review I would have stayed away. Hoping this review will provide some perspective to others! Fortunately I was able to schedule ANOTHER ultrasound at a different facility that seems more reputable and welcoming so we have higher hopes for that. Regardless of the package that you end up looking at purchasing here- the vibe alone makes it not worth it! I wouldn't at all mind paying any of the prices charged here if the services were more professional and the experience was actually a special one. Pregnancy in itself is a beautiful experience and people choose to pay out of pocket for additional ultrasounds/imaging because they want it to be memorable. This was anything BUT that. read more
