Actually a bit more pricier than some other boutique ultrasound places in the area. Upon checking in, the lobby was clean. The front staff was nice, not overly (not what I came here for but good to mention) Anyway, this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have done ultrasounds before so I was aware I needed to make sure I spent the days prior hydrating. The tech walks us to the room and we begin. Not even exaggerating, 30 seconds in the tech rudely commands me to flip to my side. She tries for a mere 10 seconds and says "well, walk around, do some jumping jacks for 3 minutes and we'll try again" & leaves the room. Mind you, I'm alone w/ my 2 children and she didn't even offer to help me up before leaving. (Again, not her job, but the simple human factor could've been appreciated) I do the recommended activity and she comes back - doesn't say a word and waits for me to struggle back into the chair. Again she tries for a few seconds. Says "ok you can come back today at 4 or reschedule, either way you only get 1 more free session." Just like that. She prints a poor paper quality picture (even printed it crooked) and hands me a towel. Because of the very poor experience, & having to drive 45+ mins I did not return. I instead went to a different company the very next day and got a beautiful experience and pictures.

Upon entering we were instantly greeted by name and filled out a quick form. The person up front was super helpful as we opted to pick out a stuffed animal with our baby's heartbeat. The space is beautiful, calming and clean. Once the room was ready for us we headed on back and our family had ample space to sit and see our baby on a giant projector screen. Jenna, the ultrasound tech was absolutely fantastic and made me feel so comfortable due to her professionalism and calming demeanor. We got some amazing shots of our baby boy that we will truly treasure forever. I can't thank Oh Baby enough for such a memorable experience!

We returned and had Dana, and she really tried to get our stubborn baby to cooperate. Even though he was sleepy, she was able to capture an angle and get us a picture. Checked in and given paper to confirm and shortly later, not even 5 minutes, I was called back! Very kind, welcoming worker called me back. She was Great! Easy to talk to. She did the ultrasound. To top it all I even got a visit from Elaine the ER manager making sure everyone was doing an exceptional job.
