Apparently we have done business with this company but will never do so again. I received on 11/23…read morean invoice from an attorney at this company that had multiple grammatical errors and conflicting information about an invoice we were never sent from March. The email basically threatened legal action and they called my corporate office to spread rumors that we were in some sort of legal battle with them over what amounts to less than $700. The email threatens our credit and requests we send the money via bank wire transfer to someone we've never heard of before, lol. Very unprofessional, no process and seceded to jump to legal action for their own errors rather than calling to speak with me or one of our managers directly. Will never work with again, if we actually did, and would not recommend if this is how they operate.
