First, the staff is terrific, friendly and attentive. They're busy - washing drop off orders, making change, helping out hopeless newbies like me. They were always available, helpful and pleasant. The big machines have names! Louise, Betty, etc... which reminds me of the drilling machines used to dig the Chunnel between France and England. The French named theirs after women, the English numbered theirs. Guess who's more fun to go out with after work... Even more fun, is that they need a special flick of the wrist to get the coins to register, much like the original mechanical slots at Vegas or those public phones in the old red London callboxes. It was laundry, but I had a blast, free Shaw WiFi helped too, but the whole process of running your wash through Louise, learning that thing you have to do with your wrist to get her going, and building the feeling that the next time, you're a veteran made the whole thing much more organic and interesting than just a chore.

He proceeded to scream at me and make the issue my fault then walked away from me. I had to take my clothes out wet and leave without drying them. Very unprofessional! Sterling cleaners is half the price & just as good of quality aa the previous dry cleaning business I was using. Thank you Sterling for operating such an honest business. I don't do a lot of reviews. Felt compelled to here, these guys deserve to do well. It would be great if there business model of honest pricing would catch on more and more. ... that is - I'll have a business where one can make an honest living. I took a $2800.00 wedding dress there. They had it about 2 months. Went and picked it up, and it…read morewas a disaster. The top of the front was all pulled threads, and underneath that, there is pulled threads right out, so the dress now has runs in it. The girl there was wonderful even admitting to the past owner that when the dress was brought in, it didn't have any of that mess on it. Scott the owner offered me a $250.00 gift certificate for dry cleaning. Nice try Scott I never dry clean anything anymore. The dress had to be done by Professionals, so that's why I went there. Please never take Good Articles of Clothing anywhere near that place.
