He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem: two small holes in the copper lines inside the condenser unit. Ben was able to make the necessary repairs on the spot and got our AC back up and running. I can't thank the team enough for their professional, compassion, and reliability. We were also impressed with her thorough understanding of how and why we had the problems we had. She was an excellent sales person for the suggested products. She wasn't pushy, but could explain what to expect and how it worked in the most understandable terms. Cameo sold us on Ridges Heating and Air Conditioning all over again. SO VERY DISRESPECTFUL. We will NEVER call Hiller HVAC again. We miss Rousso's as they were awesome, their technicians and salespeople were always nice and respectful.
